Radish and Radish Top Recipes


 -Roasted Radishes with Radish Greens

Creamy Radish Dip slightly adapted from Taste of Home
1 cup radishes, diced
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups (6 servings; 1/4 cup each)
